"See, the problem was [long pause] that everything I tried on - fitted so well !!"
- so that't why she spent over a grand on dresses.

OMG... a thousand?!
I feel bad for the $130 I just spent! And I never spend that normally.
In her defense, it was a lot of dresses and she needs them for work - she's dropped a size and a bit since baby 2 and the only stuff she has that small (size 10 ish) she was wearing at uni and it's a bit dated now.
still
good on her! nothing is nicer than some new clothes :)
I'd spend the thousand on cd's and maybe $10 on a belt.
But that's just me.
And the problem is??
Kate > "nothing"? , I'm calling you on that..
Jen > I may have too soon - looks like iinet are going to ban bittorrent
Steph > Apparently that it fitted, who am I to argue with feminin logic.
Funny how it's only the ladies commenting on this post...
Hope your bank account recovers soon ;)
I was worried then I realized that is only $500 US no that's okay
uuuumaaaaah
i do that. it nawdy, but sooo nice.
OUCH!!!
Makes sense actually...
It's funny, if you're a size the fashion industry deems unacceptable... shopping becomes an exercise in frustration and humiliation. You're too big, nothing fits.
I know people who if they find something that fits will buy it in 2 or 3 other colors, just to stave off the need to go through that whole experience again.
I guess it become habit to buy everything that fits *and* looks good, because that is just so rare.
So when you lose weight and everything fits? Your instinct is to buy it all.
That's how I feel anyway. Er... that was a lot longer and preachier than I meant for it to be. Sorry to amateur femini-psychoanalyze on your comments.
