The Gall Boys

The Gall Boys are a family of 5? brothers from Queensland that build caravans for a living. They practiced what they preached and dragged their vans around remote corners of Australia and made some home movies of their antics to sell the vans. The Videos - now DVDs - have become an institution in themselves. I've just been checking out the latest from their youtube. Especially this one (watch it in HQ). Featuring the truck I'm currently lusting after - a bushed up 76.
I did a lot of traveling when I was working as a Geo and I can't wait to get back out there. The kids are getting old enough to camp now. Next big purchase: camper.

See you out there

Oh, I like that ruggedized camper. Have not seen a configuration like that.

Oh shit that looks dangerous. I love the area...it looks fabulous, but where's the hotel. Last time I roughed it....was when we went to the beach and stayed at a motel-6.

hehehe. I'm kidding.

Ee drove from Dennver to Nashville Tennesee...yeah we stopped at Graceland along the way too. I swear, the people in all those Southern states walk, talk like they have all the time in the world...and they always knew i was from California.

They'd say...hey you're from L.A. huh? I'd take off my sunglasses and say 'how'd you know, sweetie.'

lucky guess...eh.

I used to go camping for weeks at a time when I was in my early teens and we ( me and two siters) slept in a big army tent. One summer we saw a UFO...I swear, it's true.

later sweets...you have all the fun. :) xxx
