Very dramatic looking tree. Is the gum collected and used for anything?

Tnks Ute, snapped on my phone.

XL > Aboriginal people used the gum to protect fishing lines, toughen baskets and fix stone points to throwing spears and wooden points to fishing spears. They used the wooden gourds as coolies to carry water.
